- Life is messy and full of seasons of darkness, but I hold firmly to the transformative impact of hope. This drives my art and fuels my personal abstract style. My pieces exhibit high contract, neutral colors and often include mysterious figures as my subjects.
In conjunction with my love for expressing intense story and meaning through my art, my passion is to also give you a dynamic, modern and authentic impact to your interior design. I love interior decorating and I believe unique and original works of art have made an irreplaceable contribution to my home and I hope my art can do that for yours as well.
With gratitude,
Shawnté

Linda's Fiber Works
Linda's Fiber Works began years ago with a passion to create homespun yarn that would incorporate texture and natural dyes from substances that are all around us. Many classes over several years were required to learn skills ie: Knitting, Spinning, Processing Wool, Dyeing Wool, Woodworking and Weaving. Currently I have found that my favorite emphasis is my Tapestry Weaving. The weaving style I use is from a Japanese style known as Saori which has an emphasis on a free style weaving versus a structured weaving. Both styles can be beautiful, but my passion is Saori.
