Spring Maker's Market

We're so excited to have to celebrate another year at CJ Gift Shoppe and what better way to do it than by promoting local artisans and all things handmade! Our annual Spring Maker's Market not only celebrates 7 years for CJ Gift Shoppe, but it's also perfect timing to shop for some unique handmade items for Mother's Day! See you there!

Linda's Fiber Works began years ago with a passion to create homespun yarn that would incorporate texture and natural dyes from substances that are all around us. Many classes over several years were required to learn skills ie: Knitting, Spinning, Processing Wool, Dyeing Wool, Woodworking and Weaving. Currently I have found that my favorite emphasis is my Tapestry Weaving. The weaving style I use is from a Japanese style known as Saori which has an emphasis on a free style weaving versus a structured weaving. Both styles can be beautiful, but my passion is Saori.
