Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted or a backorder issue has occurred


Shipments go out on weekdays, however, deliveries can occur on weekends or holidays depending on shipping method selected. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any other fulfillment delay, we will send you a notification with updated shipping information via email as soon as possible.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please select appropriate shipping method for your destination. If delivery address does not receive or accept packages from certain carries, please select an alternate that does. CJ Gift Shoppe is not liable if package is lost, misplaced, held at a carrier office, or sent back to sender. CJ Gift Shoppe is not liable to cover any charges or fees to resend item to same or alternate address. Customer is held liable to select best form of delivery and to cover any additional expenses incurred for additional delivery attempts or corrections.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CJ Gift Shoppe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

CJ Gift Shoppe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and provide photos and descriptions of any damages.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship domestically within the U.S., if you would like to place an internationally order, please contact us directly to verify that we ship to your location. 

Returns Policy

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final, however, some exceptions may be applicable. Any exceptions will fall under our return/exchange policy that lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be approved; please send any return or exchange requests to info@cjgiftshoppe.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and/or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, beverages, flowers, skincare products, candles, incense, essential oils, etc.

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items: 
- Gift cards
- Local vendor items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please receive a return/exchange confirmation from us before shipping back any items.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cjgiftshoppe.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cjgiftshoppe.com and send your item to: 29115 Valley Center Rd Suite J, Valley Center CA 92082, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
