Two of my passions are gardening and cooking. I began preserving the summer's harvest for my friends and family....I love creating products that inspire and invite creative new twists, especially to favorites and comfort food.

 

The Blaze series jams have become a favorite. All varieties are freshly canned with seasonal, local fruit. Not only are they great on toast or bagels, but offer so many other choices. Top uses include cream cheese or goat cheese with crackers or try them as a glaze on your favorite barbecued meats. Turkey or grilled cheese sandwiches get an extra zip with Strawberry Blaze. Add a dollop to salad dressings or marinades for an unexpected twist.

 

All fruit used is seasonal and locally grown. All jam is canned within a few days of picking in order to bring you the freshest, best tasting jam. New flavors added on a regular basis!
