These colorful planters are a fair trade product handmade in Kenya. They are hand-carved out of stone, sanded until smooth, and dyed. An artisan then uses a knife to etch the patterns into each planter. These planters do not have drainage holes and getting them too wet could damage the dye. They are best for air plants, succulents, faux plants, or to hold pens and other office supplies.
